Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup Sunflower Oil (oleic), 3 tsp Salt, 6 dash chilli flakes 1 tsp 1/2 tsp baking powder
Combine potato and wheat flour in a bowl.
Rub in oil with fingertips, then knead to form a stiff dough.
Carefully roll out on a floured board and cut out with any cookie cutter or upside-down glass.
Cook on greased trays at 350~ for 20 minutes or until crackers are crisp and lightly browned.
