Grown-Up Grilled Cheese

1 slice of Jewish Rye Bread2-3 (thin) slices of tomato1 slice of Lite Havarti Cheese (I like Trader Joe's)1 tsp lite margarine
1.) Cut the rye bread in two pieces and put a thin coating of margarine on one side of each piece.
2.) Put one half, margarine side down, in a pan over medium heat.
3.) Add slice of cheese, tomato slices, and other half of bread (margarine side up) on top of the bread in the pan.
4.) Once golden brown, flip onto the other side (be careful to keep the sandwich together!)
5.) Repeat step 4 with the second side.
Makes 1 serving.
