* *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 2 oz * *Fage 0% - nonfat Greek strained yogurt, 0.15 serving * *Hellman's low fat mayonaise, 1 tbsp * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp * Capers, canned, .25 tbsp, drained * Celery, raw, 1 tbspsalt, pepper and worcestershire to taste
