Asian Zin Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey (room tempature)2 tbsp teriyaki sauce2 tbsp toasted sesame oil1 cup red onion (chopped)1 cup mushroom (sliced or chopped)1 cup white zinfandel wine (not cooking wine)6 100% whole wheat buns1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Heat skillet on med and add onion, mushroom and zinfandel. Saute until most of the wine in gone. Mix turkey teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and form into 6 patties. Grill until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Prepare buns with your favorite condiments add buger top with onion mushroom mixture and swiss cheese. ENJOY!
