Seafood Stuffed Cod (or filet of sole)

Ingredients
1 sleeve Ritz Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed1 package imitation crab or lobster meat, finely shredded2 tablespoons melted margarine 1/2 c chopped scallions4 cod fillets or fillet of sole
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients except fish.
Stuff fish and bake uncovered for 25-30 min or until flakes with a fork. Cooking times varies upon the thickness of the fillet. Also delicious to make and place fresh scallops on top.
