Zucchini-Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
6 eggs3/4 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1/2 c Jack Cheese, shredded2 tbsp Olive Oil1 c diced zucchini1 1/2 c diced broccoli1/2 c diced onion1 tbsp dried Basil1 tbsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp salt1 pie crust, frozen ready-to-bake1 tbsp sour cream
Directions
Let pie crust thaw to room temperature and prepare pie pan. Saute zucchini, broccoli and onion in olive oil until onion is translucent and broccoli is soft. Remove from heat and let cool. Mix together the eggs, sour cream, seasonings, and cheeses. Add to vegetable mix and combine well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 mins. or until filling is set and crust is lightly browned.

    The amount of salt and pepper in this recipe is completely too much. It ruined an otherwise good quiche. My husband always adds extra spice to his food and admitted this was way too much. - 7/6/11
