8 ounces of cooked chicken breast or canned chicken breast1 celery stalk, diced4 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise2 oz. Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled3 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Sauce, or to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately on low calorie bread as a sandwich or over mixed greens as a salad.
