Corn and Sweet Potato Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup fat free half and half2 cubed sweet potatoes2 cups frozen corn1/2 cup chopped onion4 cups chicken stock or broth2 cloves garlic1 tsp cumin1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 Tbs oil
Directions
Saute onions in oil, add sweet potato, corn, and garlic. Add chicken stock and seasoning and cook until sweet potato is tender. Add half & half, serve and enjoy!
