Ingredients
Directions
Oats, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed)
mix in bowl and let the oats soak up some of the wetness and plump up just a bit (while the pan is heating on a medium low heat is fine) and then make pancakes as usual. that easy, and much tastier than regular pancakes! I bring these with me and eat them dry as a healthy, filling, and tasty snack!
add Flavor: and add dashes of cardamon, cinnamon, splenda, or splashes of almond, orange, or vanilla extract. sometimes I'll add ground ginger, cocoa, or nutmeg, depending on what flavor seems appealing that day.
you can also mix in fresh berries or bananas... delicious!
