    I would suggest substituting heavy cream for the skim milk (nobody should drink skim) and add 1 tbls of coconut oil, blended in. Anyone who suggests that saturated fat is bad for you is selling you something - usually sugar. Eat Fat to Get Skinny, people! - 12/7/10
