2 Chicken Breast, boneless skinless, cubed1 Medium Onions, chopped1 medium red pepper, chopped1 Hungarian Hot Pepper, diced 5 tbsp Paprika1 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth.5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fatSalt and Pepper to taste.
Brown the chicken in a skillet, remove and set aside. Add onions to the pan and sauta till tender. Add red pepper and saute till tender. Add Hungarian pepper and paprika and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add chicken broth and allow to simmer for 20 mins with a lid. Remove lid and reduce broth by 25%. Remove from heat and allow to cook for at least 5 minutes then stir in sour cream. Serve over rice, spaetzle or egg noodles.
