SalmonBunch of fresh cilantro1 Tbsp Cumin1 Tsp Chili powder1 Tbsp Minced Onion2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1. Make sure salmon is skinned and cut into cubes.
2. Coat the salmon in the chilli powder and cumin.
3. Then suatee the onions in olive oil for about a minute...maybe two minutes.
4. Add Salmon to the pan and suatee two to three minutes longer.
5.Add Cilantro...sautee for about 30 seconds.
6. Serve with flour tortillas, fresh lime and maybe a few avocado slices and picante sauce.
