2 cups Porree in Ringe 2 cups Leek cut in rings3 Eier aufgeschlagen 3 eggs Salz/ Pfeffer/ Muskatnuß salt/ pepper/ nutmeg250 ml Milch 1.25 cup milk 50 g Speckwürfel Linessa 50 g lard light diced60 g geriebener Käse 60 g grated cheese light1 ts Rama Coulinesse 1 ts margarine
Cut leeks and simmer for 10 min in 1 teaspoon margarine , add lard
Beat eggs and add seasoning
Bring milk to the boil, remove from stove and add beaten eggs
Put back onto stove and reheat wile stirring constantly until it just begins to be creamy
Add leeks and cheese
Preheat oven to 360° (180°C)
pour into prepared pan an bake for 30 min
