flour tortilla ground beef enchiladas

Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 16 oz * *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 8 serving * Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded * La Victoria Red Enchilada Sauce, 3 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup *garlic, 3 cloves, pressed or minced optional: sour cream for garnish
Directions
brown ground beef, onion, garlic until done. Drain fat. Add 1/3 enchilada sauce. add 1/3 enchilada sauce to baking dish. Add 3 TB meat and sprinkle of cheese to each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat with additional tortillas. Pour remaining sauce over all and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Garnish with sour cream if desired.
