1/2 Cup pomegranate seed1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup almonds (slivered)2 tbsp honey8 oz yogurt (plain)4 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated or crumbled1 cup fiber one honey clusters
put yogurt into small bowl and pour honey directly into it. Fold the yogurt over the honey several times until mixed, Fold in the cheese. fold in nuts and cereal.
Put on your salad of choice.
You can do a fruit yogurt instead.
