Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) *Corn Oil, 0.25 cup Garlic, 1 clove Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 breast, bone and skin removed Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup White Rice, long grain, 3 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp salt
chopped the onions, prepare a saucepot, add the oil, fry onions until golden, add the tomato can, add the chicken, add all the spices, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water and cook until chicken is done, approximately 30 minutes.
strain the sauce and put the chicken aside. put the sauce again in a pot, add the rice, add salt for the rice, and the tomato paste. cook on low heat until rice is done. (30 minutes). serve the rice with the chicken and green salad.
