Chicken Rice Soup - Homemade

1 whole chicken cooked in slow cooker overnight-then skinned and deboned8 cups water1 stalk celery-diced2 onions minced2 Cans Campbells Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken soup6 carrots shredded1/2 cup dry brown rice1/2 cup dry wild rice3 cups water for cooking all rice
Cook chicken in slow cooker overnight, debone and remove skin. Place back in slow cooker. Add 8 cups water, onion, carrots & soup. Continue to cook in slow cooker. Separately, cook all rice with 3 cups of water on stove until done. Add fully cooked rice to soup in slow cooker. May add additional water to fill up slow cooker. Stir and continue to cook in slow cooker another 4 hours on high. Yeilds 16 1-cup servings.
