Apple Oatmeal Cookies (ala health)

Ingredients
Walnuts, 38 gramsApple - Raw with Skin On (Small), 27 gram(s) Becel Margarine - No Salt (2 tsp), 6 tspEgg Whites (Naturegg), 0.125 cup Nutri-Blend Flour (Robin Hood), 30 grams*Baking Powder - aluminum free, 1/4tspQuaker Quick Oats, 20 gramCinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp *Splenda -3 tbs
Directions
1. Cream the margarine and splenda
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp nutmeg
3. Fold the flour mixture into the margarine mix
4. Fold in the walnuts, oats, and chopped apple
5. Spoon onto a cookie sheet
6. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
