Karen's meatless chili

Ingredients
Not really vegetarian since I used chicken broth, I guess you could use veggie broth. I make a large batch of this and take it for lunch all week. Freezes well too if you dont want it all week.
Directions
saute in oil the onions, and all other raw veggies until softened, add the seasoning packet, broth, water and canned tomatoes. Cook for 1/2 hour.

This recipe makes about 14 cups, nutrition calculation is for 2 cup serving size.
