Steve's Panko Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 Can Bumble Bee Alaskan Salmon (14.75oz)1 Large Egg1 Tsp Garlic Pepper Salt (or to taste)1 Tsp Dill1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
Drain salmon, place in small mixing bowl. shred salmon with a fork, then add egg, garlic pepper salt, dill, and onion. Mix well.
Form salmon mixture into four patties, approximateley 3.5 ounces each. Place panko crumbs into separate bowl. Put oil into frying pan and heat. Coat patties with panko crumbs and fry until crispy. Makes four servngs.
