4 Apples, cubed1 C Cranberries1 C Oatmeal1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 C Lemon Juice1/2 C Pecans(Optional or change for other nut)1/2 t Cinnamon1/4 t nutmegpecans are included in the nutritional information
Preheat oven at 350 degreee, and back for about 40 minutes or until the apples are done to your liking.
Core apples and cut up in cubes, place them in a 10 in deep dish pan(or pie plate), pour lemon juice over the apples, mix oatmeal, brown sugar, pecans, pour evenly over the apples.
This should make 9-4 oz servings.
