Crockpot Chicken and Bean Stew

Ingredients
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs1 large onion, chopped1 can stewed tomatoes3/4 cup chicken stock1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 (10 oz) bag frozen lima beans1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Chop onion, add to crockpot. Add chicken thighs, can of stewed tomatoes, chicken stock and spices. Cook on low 3 hours, and lima beans and mustard, continue cooking another 3 to 5 hours. Serve other mashed potatoes or brown rice.
