Ingredients
Directions
4-5 Chicken Breast1/2 to one FULL bag of medium size shrimp1 Green Bell Pepper1/2 White Onion1/3 cup of unsalted peanuts1 tbsp of:Sesame OilOyster SauceAnd low sodium soy sauce, eyeballed to taste.Plus:Juice of one lemonGarlic PowderLemon PepperBasiland DILL
Cut the chicken in small cube pieces and de-shell the shrimp. When the chicken is cooked almost completely through, mix in the shrimp, Oyster sauce, Sesame Oil, and Soy. Cook on medium high heat until chicken is completely cooked, adding the lemon juice. Add the spices and let simmer a few minutes longer. You can eat it as is, or serve it over wheat pasta as I did tonight. :)
The flavor turned out outstanding, and I like it because it is meat heavy. I don't eat enough meat, which I should. It's why I tend to go towards eggs and nuts for my protein source. So this is something that I might be fixing a lot more often. :)
