Turkey Vegetable soup with Quinoa

Ingredients
Pulled off meat of Turkey left over and weighed it =32 ozAdded stock from carcass (forgot to figure that it)Added 2 c of carrots, onions, and celeryAdded 8 oz of Quinoa pasta corkscrews (cooked separately and added at end)Cooked for 8 hrs low
Directions
After everything was said and done, I divided it into 10 separate containers for separate meals for 1. Close to 2 cups a serving.
