Simple Beef Curry

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb cut into small peicesOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Swad Ginger & Garlic Paste, 10 gram(s)Salt, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 cup *Red Pepper Powder (Corse) - Wang, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix sliced onions in the hot oil until soft, add ginger garlic paste and peper powder and turmeric powder. Mix them well then add cut beef peices to it and let is simmer for 15 to 20 min, then serve hot with rice or roti. You can use pressure cooker instead of simmer.
