Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients
3 C Milk2 C Chicken Broth12 oz MGD 64 Beer2.1 oz Bacon, finely chopped3 T Flour1 C Onions finely chopped1/2 C Celery finely chopped1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce3 dashes Sriracha (or tabasco)Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook chopped bacon until slightly crispy. Add chopped celery and onions- cook until onions are translucent. Sprinkle in flour a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add Milk and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Simmer for fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in cheese, beer, Worchestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
