Chocolate Chip Cookies (Vegan)

1 cup Earth Balance3/4 cup brown sugar3/4 cup white sugar1 tsp vanilla extractequivalent of 2 eggs using egg repacer powder2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1 cup vegan semi sweet chocolate chips
Makes 24 cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the flour, salt and baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla and egg replacer mixture, blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Form dough into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
