Salmon and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
* * Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can drained * *Whole Grain Quinoa, 0.5 cup (dry) * *Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp * *marinated artichoke hearts, 10 oz * *black pepper, herbs to taste (optional)
Directions
Cook the quinoa, using a bit less water than directed on the box. Combine and mix ingredients.

Rinsing and draining the salmon will significantly reduce the salt content.
