primal waldor salad

Ingredients
1 bag cranberries1 pound grapes2 apples16 dried apricots1/2-1 cup pecans1 can coconut milk
Directions
Place cranberries and apricots in a food processor and pulse until the consistency of a relish. Put in a seperate mixing bowl.
Cut grapes in half and add to cranberries and apricots
cut apples into bite size pieces and add to fruit mixture.
Combine and let sit for a few hours.

Beat coconut milk with 1 tsp vanilla with an electric mixer to make "whip cream."
Incorporate nuts into frut mixture, and then fold in the coconut milk whip.
DELISH!
