Low-Fat Banana Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 c white flour1 c wheat flour1 c rolled oats (Quaker)1-1/2 t baking powder1-1/2 t baking soda1-1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t ground allspice1/4 t freshly ground nutmeg1 t salt4 eggs (or 1 c egg beaters)1/2 c Splenda1/2 c brown sugar1/4 c oil1/2 c applesaue2 med overripe bananas, mashed1 t vanilla2 c zucchini, shredded1 c raisins (or Craisins)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
2. Wisk together flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg & salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
4. Add the sugars, oil, applesauce, and mashed bananas to the eggs. Mix well.
5. Add the vanilla
6. Combine the wet and dry mixtures. Stir until just combined.
7. Fold in the zucchini and raisins.
8. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans (9x5)
9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
