Christmas Amish Friendship Bread

1 cup Amish Bread starter1 cup unsweetened applesauce 3 eggs ½ cup milk ½ tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup Splenda 2 cups flour1 ½ tsp. baking powder½ tsp. baking soda1 large box instant sugar free vanilla pudding1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 cup dried cranberries1 cup chopped pecanszest of half an orange
Preheat oven to 325. Grease or oil 2 large loaf pans or 1 bundt pan.
In a large bowl, stir together Amish Bread Starter, applesauce, Splenda, vanilla, eggs and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into the starter mixture. Mix in the pudding mix. stir in the cranberries and pecans. Pour the batter evenly into 2 pans.
Bake one hour or until done.
Allow the loaves to cool (about 10 minutes) until they loosen easily from the pans. Remove from pan and let cool completely on cooling racks
