Pecan Pudding

Ingredients
2 eggs1 C. sugar1/2 C. butter or margarine1 T. cocoa1/2 C. flour1 C. pecans1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar until combined, melt butter with cocoa then add to egg mixture. Stir in flour and nuts, then add vanilla. Bake in 9 inch square pan, in a pan of water at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
This will have a cake/pudding consistency. I like mine baked for 40 minutes, some like it less.
This recipe serves 12. It can be easily doubled using a 9 X13" pan.
