Breakfast Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg replacer1/3 cup brown rice (cooked, use leftovers)1 tbsp chopped green onion1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce (or to taste)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat nonstick pan on high heat, spritz with olive oil. Add egg replacer and cook till almost done. Add brown rice, green onion, chili garlic sauce and continue cooking for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve. (I sometimes add hot sauce to taste)
