Garbanzo, Kalamata Pasta

Ingredients
8 oz Pasta4 oz kalamata Olives1 Can diced tomatoes1 can Garbanzo Beans Rinsed and Drained1 can Artichoke Hearts Drained. 2 tsp Olive Oil1/2 cup of any colored pepper2 tbs Parmesan Cheese (divided) 2 Cloves of Garlic dicedItalian Seasonings to taste.... Oregeno, Basil, etc. Pepper to Taste.
Directions
Prepare pasta to package instructions. omitting salt. drain and put back in pan. Add olive oil, tomatoes, Garbanzo beans and simmer a few minutes until warmed all the way through.
Stir in Peppers, and Olives. simmer stirring occasionally for about 3-5 minutes. divide into appropriate servings and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Individual servings can be frozen and taken to work for lunch.
