Ingredients
1 cup of Skippy Natural peanut Butter1 Cup of Sucrolose/Slpenda1 lrg egg1/4 c chia seed gel (Make chia gel by mixing 1 tblspn. chia seed to 9 tblspns water)Mixall ingredients, use a teaspoon to drop on baking parchment paper, no greasing the pan! Mix will be a little stickier that regular peanut butter cookies so I didn't do the criss cross on them. But they came out very good. FYI: The longer you cook them the drier thy will be.Bake from 8 to 10 minutes
