Crockpot Italian Hillside Garden Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 can (14 1/2 oz)Beans, navy, 1 can (15 1/2 oz)Zucchini, 1 medium choppedGreen Beans, frozen 1 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Cheese Tortellini, 9 oz 3 Tbs chopped fresh basil1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper, onion and celery. Cook and stir for4 minutes until onions are translucent. Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker.
2. Add tomatoes with juice, navy beans, zucchini, green beans, broth and garlic powder. Cover, cook on low 7 hours or high for 3.5 hours.
3. Turn slow cooker to high. Add tortellini and cook 20- 25 minutes longer or until pasta is tender. Stir in basil.
If you like garnish with parmesan or asiago cheese (not calculated into calorie total)
