Slow Cooker Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients
CASSEROLE:1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup1 cup (8 oz.) low fat sour cream2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup light margarine, melted2 lbs. shredded hash brown potatoesTOPPING:1/4 cup light margarine, melted2 cups crushed corn flakes
Directions
Mix casserole ingredients together. Place in greased slow cooker. Stir topping ingredients together; place on top of casserole mixutre. Cook on high for 4 hours or until done.

Makes about 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
