Chipotle Turkey Chili (EBA)

10 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1/2 cup Raw Onion - chopped3/4 tsp Garlic Puree1 cup Frozen corn - thawed1 can Progresso Cannellini Beans1/2 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce - finely chopped1/2 cup Kemps Fat Free Sour Cream - divided1/3 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
Thaw frozen corn and finely dice chipotle peppers.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until turkey is cooked through (about 5 minutes). Drain
Stir in thawed corn, beans, broth, and chili peppers. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer 10-15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1/4 cup of the sour cream and mix well.
Scoop into 3 serving bowls, top evenly with shredded cheese, and serve with remaining sour cream.
