Three Bean Chili Chowder

Ingredients
1 large onion chopped2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 green or yellow pepper chopped1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained2 cans (14.5 oz each) stewed tomatoes1 cup chicken broth1 cup Pace Picante Sauce1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon saltOptional garnishes: Shredded cheddar or jack cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, green onion slices, dairy sour cream
Directions
Cook onion in large saucepan or Dutch over until onion is tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients except optional garnishes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Makes about 8 serviings - about 10 cups chowder.
