Wesley Sushi Roll

Ingredients
1 Cup brown rice1tbsp Rice Vinegar4 sheets Nori1 jalepeno Pepper1/2 small cucumber6 long pieces of imitation crab
Directions
1. Prepare the rice, once finished add vinegar and heat for 1-2 minutes more.
2. Cut jalepeno, cucumber, and crab into strips.
3. Heat Nori one at a time on stove top. (2 seconds on each side)
4. Add 1/4 cup rice to sheet with a wet rice spoon and spread
5. Add crab, pepper, and Cucumber; and roll together.
6. Cut into 6 pieces
