2 Morning Star Veggie Bacon Strips0.5 cup of mushroom pieces6 fresh spinach leaves 1.4 tsp Mrs Dash Table Blend6TBSP of Liquid Egg WhitesDash of Minced Onion
Remove 2 veggie Bacon Strips and place in paper towel microwave as directed I only had the stips in the microwave for a minute.
Rinse Spinach and Mushroom towel dry and dice to small pieces
Mix Egg Whites, Minced Onions, mushrooms, spinach, and Mrs Dash in a bowl.
Remove veggie bacon from the microwave, Blot with Paper towels then crumple into egg mix.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
Spray pan with Olive oil set eye of stove on low and por mixture into the pan.
Proceed to cook until omelet is cooked on bot sides and no longer runny.
