Portobella Mushroom burger

Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams (remove)Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove)Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz (remove)*Pesto Sauce, .25 cup (remove)Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 1 serving (remove)Spinach, fresh, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
grill portobella muchrooms on grill or george foreman for 10 mins on each side.
Sautee onions and garlic to taste on stove top
1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt and pesto sauce to taste - mix in bowl
Grill hamburger buns
argular or spinach - 1/2 cup
Provone cheese

Spread pesto on both sides of bun, stack one portobella mushroom w/ spinach, onions provolone cheese and place other half of mushroom on it.
