Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
1 bag (16 oz) frozen meatballs1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks1/3 cup water1 cube beef bouillon3 tablespoons vinegar1 tablespoon soy sauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar3 tablespoons cornstarch1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside.

Add water to juice if needed to measure 1 cup; pour into slow cooker. Add 1/3 cup water, beef bouillon, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch; stir until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, meatballs and green pepper.

Heat in slow cooker on low heat until heated through.
