5 lbsBeef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed 1 small Onion 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Oregano1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt4 cup Chicken BrothGarlic, 1 clove 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 10 fl oz Regular Beer2 cup Tomato Sauce1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Pepper, black1to2 tsp New Mexico Chili powder 1 can Petite Cut Diced or stewed Tomatoes4 cups water approx depend how thick you like your chili
Trim meat, cut meat in bite size pieces and brown in olive oil. Dice onions & mince garlic. Add all ingredients in a big pot or crock pot. Simmer for about 4 hours. Add more spice if you like extra spicy chili.
