12 egg whites, 15 ounces ricotta cheese, half stick butter, halof cup ground almonds, half cup powdered milk, pinch of saffron, 1 tbs whole milk, 20 packets of splenda, adjust to taste
Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9x12 dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl or blender, mix eggs, ricotta cheese, butter, powdered milk, ground almonds and splenda until smooth. Soak saffron in whole milk, then add to blended mixture. Pour into baking dish. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Top with slivered almonds.
