Kate's Pumpkin-Honey Beer Quick Bread

Ingredients
7.3 ounces white flour7.3 ounces whole grain pastry flour2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup water40 g ground flaxseed (recipe calls for 1/3 cup ground flax seed--I use flax & company blend w/ flax seed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds available at union market)1 1/3 cup sugar1 cup unsweetened applesauce2/3 cup honey beer at room temperature2 egg whites2 large eggs15 oz can pumpkin
Directions
This makes two loaves; about 54 ounces. Nutrition info is per ounce cooked; A slice 1/12 of one loaf thick is approx 2.25 ounces.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice.
In smallish bowl mix water and flaxseed.
In large bowl put sugar, canola oil, beer, eggs and applesauce and blend with mixer/immersion blender until well mixed.
Add flaxseed mixture and pumpkin to large bowl; beat at low speed just until blended.
Add flour mixture with fork until just combined.
Pour into two loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
