Jessy's baked chicken thighs

Ingredients
* Garlic, 2 tsp (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1.5 lemon yields (remove) * *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp (remove) * Chicken Thigh, 500 grams (remove)
Directions
combine everything & spread 1/2 the mixture on the chicken. Cover & bake for 30 minutes on high heat. Turn chicken , spread remaining mixture then bake for an additional 15 minutes till cooks through (uncovered). Serve with sauteed veggies or rice. Makes 2 servings
