Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients
4 large shrimp1 slice Bacon1 inch beef or pork sausage1/4 C instant grits1 cup water1/4 C cheddar cheesesalt
Directions
Fry bacon until crispy. In bacon oil, stir fry shrimp with a little green peppers. Add chicken stock. Bring salted water to a boil and stir in grits, add cheese. Serve shrimp over grits.
