Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
2 c. self rising flour3/4 c. crisco shortening1/2 c. milk (2% for nutritional info)1 can Libby's sausage gravy5 eggs, scrambled2 c. shredded cheese Cookie sheet, greased or covered with aluminum foil
Directions
Mix 2 c. self-rising flour with 3/4 c. Crisco shortening until coarse flour mixture is achieved. Mix in milk slowly to create biscuit dough.

Press dough out into a thin crust covering the entire bottom of the cookie sheet.

Scramble 5 eggs, dicing them in the pan until finely crumbled.

Open the can of Libby's Sausage Gravy and pour it onto the crust. Spread gravy evenly over the surface of the crust.

Sprinkle the crumbled eggs over the gravy.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then up to 425 for last 5 minutes to be sure the dough is done.

Cut into 12 slices
