Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
2 10-oz packages frozen cauliflower1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery soup1 4oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained1/4 cup sliced green onion1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed1/4 tsp saltDash of pepper1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Cook cauliflower according to package directions, drain. Halve any large pieces. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine soup, mushrooms, onion, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir in cauliflower. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.

I have also made this as a main meal, and rolled half of the mixture into tortillas, and pouring the other half on top, and baking it according to the directions.
